I got a hair botox treatment done at Geetanjali Salon, Moti Nagar and it was a wonderful experience. Since the procedure takes a bit of time, the stylist and staff made sure I felt very comfortable throughout. They were professional, polite and explained everything clearly. The results are amazing. I always see managers keep changing. After a while I went and saw a manager like Kohinoor, his way of working is so professional and she treats every client like family.
I am really happy that finally there is a good strong personality in Punjabi Bagh who will not let us go anywhere.

Service is good. However, the female manager is pretty rude. I was very specific that i would buy a kerastese product from the geetanjali showroom if there was a leverage else I can buy it online. After I refused to pouch/ freebies (which I can get from website anyway) the billing staff calls the manager and the managers asks ‘what do you want’. No customer coming to geetanjali is here for listing their ‘wants’ especially when you have been on kerastese products since ages. It’s about you creating a relationship with the customer so that they return. Matching store offers to online offers is not going to help you. No offers - no customer delight. This salon is located on a very competitive road. I don’t know what they will do with all the boxes they have stacked at the reception when they can’t offer it to customers while the staff says there are many offers while giving service.
