I recently visited Gitanjali Salon and had a great experience with Digamber, who provided exceptional service. He was warm, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. His professionalism and kind nature really stood out and made the visit enjoyable. 5 stars ⭐️ for him.
However, the experience at the reception was quite the opposite. The middle-aged woman at the front desk was cold and unwelcoming — no smile, no greeting, and no warmth at all. It left a disappointing impression, especially after such a positive service experience. Zero ⭐️ for her.
Gitanjali is known for its service, and I hope the reception experience can be improved to match the standards set by professionals like Digamber.
