📝 It’s really sad when a policy doesn’t align with someone’s personal expectations — it’s suddenly labeled as poor service or poor management. As sensible clients, we understand that rules exist for a reason. When someone refuses to bend them unfairly, reviews become tools of ego rather than honesty.
There’s something to be said about those who refuse to see their own fault, yet feel entitled to speak poorly of others. It’s disappointing when individuals prioritize ego over understanding.
Criticism should come from a place of fairness, not frustration. So guys — please continue doing what’s right, even if it doesn’t please everyone (with or without validation).
This has been my favorite place for a long time. Way to go 👍👍 Kudos to team — keep up the excellent hospitality and services as always

High recommend HIMANSHU for hair services. I got my haircut and hair color done from his and was really impressed by his skills and knowledge.
