Had an amazing corrective colour experience with Mahul. Following a black dye disaster at another salon my golden brown Irish hair was restored to its original colour looking even more gorgeous. It took approximately 3 hours and Mahul was so patient and so kind. I was very nervous but he explained all the stages of cleansing / stripping , toning, etc etc. He is truly an expert at his craft. I can not praise him enough. He is also a true gentleman who was exceptionally patient with me. Wonderful job 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🌹

I had a very disappointing experience at Geetanjali Salon Palladium.
A simple haircut took over 1.5 hours and still turned out completely wrong. The stylist mentioned he was the most senior there, but the result did not reflect that. Despite showing a clear reference image, my partition and overall shape were messed up. I regret it every time I comb my hair.
Tools were being shared between clients, and there were constant interruptions during the service.
During beard shaping, I repeatedly informed the stylist about my sensitive skin, yet I ended up with multiple cuts and bleeding. It felt careless and overconfident rather than attentive.
The only decent part was the massage chair and even that wasn’t working for my friend.
I chose this branch because of the brand name, but it did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this location.
