I had a really lovely experience and wanted to especially mention Amit and Raj.
Amit did an absolutely fantastic job with my nails, they looked amazing and I received so many compliments! One nail did break the next day, but when I informed him he kindly fixed it without any hesitation. I really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to make things right and his eye for detail.
I also want to thank Raj for the wonderful hair spa. My first spa session (done by someone else) unfortunately wasn’t a great experience, but Kunal kindly offered another session and Raj did it. He was incredibly kind, attentive and did a brilliant job. The head massage was honestly one of the best I’ve had, and the overall treatment felt very relaxing and professional.
Really grateful for the great service and care shown by Kunal, Amit and Raj. Thank you for turning the experience around!

I got global highlights and it takes around 3 hours worst case scenario 4 hours and they did it in 6 hours ,i walked in at 3 pm and left at 9 pm no washroom break, was only offered water. I had to leave at night and I had work the next day . The service was so bad they kept pulling my hair so hard and cruelly as it was getting late that for the next 3 days i had neck and shoulder ache. Gaur city outlet is the worst don’t come here. It cost 13000/-. 6 hours of hell. I deserve recompensation.
