The services at this outlet are excellent when you visit in person the team is talented and professional. However, booking in advance has been disappointing, as certain services are often denied despite being a regular client.
The gentleman at the reception (unfortunately I don’t know his name) has repeatedly declined to schedule some of the services, allowing only one or two each time.
That said, I’d like to give a special shout-out to the staff Mr. Happy, who does my hair every time I visit. He’s a true perfectionist, experienced, and always understands exactly what his clients need. Also, Mr. Shubham deserves appreciation for his flawless pedicure service; he’s highly knowledgeable and ensures consistently outstanding results.
I genuinely wanted to continue visiting this outlet, but it’s unfortunate that the front desk experience doesn’t reflect the same warmth and professionalism as the rest of the team. It almost feels like the reception doesn’t value regular clients as much as walk-ins
