I have been a very regular customer of Geetanjali since 3 years. However, recently I having back to back bad experiences with them specifically with the management and not with the staff. I went for a quick thing to be done and I heard that the staff is busy so it will take sometime. I understood that time opted for services which could be easily done for me. Then, the second time, I went with an advance appointment booking at 4 pm and the tall lady behind the counter said it was for 4:45 Pm. I never mentioned that to them while booking an appointment. Rather I have said, I will be visiting between 3:30 to 4:00 pm. The lady behind the counter denied to provide the services. I had to walk out. Disappointed with the experience. I am never visiting again. Sadly, the story ends here for me.

Went in for a haircut and Rahul did a very good job, was attentive and did not rush. He ensured I was comfortable. So I give Rahul 5 STAR for his service.
However rating the salon 3 for the overall service and experience. The guy who shampooed my hair did not make an effort to elevate the chair, I had to tell him, he left the mask on and disappeared and when my neck started hurting I had to call him. In all good salons, while waiting with the hair mask on, they massage your head for a few mins- nothing of that sort of service here! When I asked him he simply said it’s not applicable for haircut shampooing. Then the hairdresser kept requesting someone to help him as he blow dried my hair but no one on the floor was willing to help saying it’s not their job but there were atleast 4-5 guys just standing around. Eventually a beautician had to be requested and she helped. Shows poorly on the work culture of the place!
