Visited n took d services on 5/04/2026, new to Indore n Geetanjali Salon services r always on top from hospitality to service. As I am from Gurgaon, so my expectation levels r also high from GST. Rakhi ji is very polite and humble n services provided by her was awesome n relaxing. Rakesh ji gave me great haircut n style as per my requirement. On top of all without great hospitality provided by Monika ji I would have not been visited there. I have booked my appointment a day before through Monika ji, she booked my appointment as per my comfort timings. On the day of appointment she confirmed with me regarding my booking. While taking services, doing timepass watching, I can see her keeping an eye on each n every customer service n staff, doing her job seriously n sincerely. I mean I have to say that I am impressed by her hospitality on a high level. Only one strange thing noticed by me is 1 man I don't know may be a staff or employee over there or may be just a visitor with lots of tattoo on his hand trying to walk with attitude inside d salon but was rude towards customer n not at all a great host to customers. While on exiting clearing off my bills, my husband ask for water, this man seriously was just staring n standing on the waiting area side n doesn't move a bit. Salon management need to look into this strange behaviour of strange person standing n just staring from a distance which feels a bit awkward n pathetic to me. Whoever he is, these r not the etiquette to stare customer whether from salon side or outside salon. My point is if he is from salon side, he should stand in front of reception area n be a good host. Beware of him if he is a staff there as he is not at all a good host n makes you feel awkward. Other than this Thank u all for your great services n hospitality to a new customer in Indore.
