Visited this branch for the first time today and had a haircut plus root colour done by Sumit. I have to say, the branch offers absolutely A-class service. I genuinely felt well taken care of throughout the entire experience.
Nothing felt rushed at all. The shampoo session was incredibly relaxing as well (unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the lady who helped me). Everything was smooth and professional from start to finish.
What stood out the most was Sumit’s honest consultation. I initially wanted to go for global colour, but he genuinely advised me to wait and recommended services that would actually suit my hair type better. That level of honesty and expertise is rare.
Also, the haircut was done perfectly my hair weren’t cut shorter than I wanted, which I really appreciated. Sumit definitely deserves 5 stars. I’m extremely happy with the service and would definitely visit again.
