My wife opted for the keratin treatment, and the entire process took more than four hours. The staff was extremely patient, professional, and attentive throughout the session. Even during such a lengthy treatment, they ensured that everything was done carefully without rushing through the process. The hairstylists seemed experienced and explained each step properly, which gave confidence regarding the treatment quality. One thing that stood out was the hospitality. The staff regularly checked on our comfort and offered coffee and water during the session, which was appreciated considering the long duration of the treatment. Small gestures like these make the overall customer experience much better. The final results of the keratin treatment were genuinely impressive. The hair looked much smoother, shinier, and healthier after the treatment, and the finishing was done very professionally. You can clearly notice the quality of products and expertise being used.
